The AI Policy governs the use of all AI-powered services and tools offered by OMEE Digital Kenya Limited, including website creation tools, content generators, and other AI-assisted services. It works alongside the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and other applicable policies.

2. Ownership of Content
Users retain ownership of their inputs (prompts, documents, images, videos, etc.). Users also retain rights to AI-generated outputs. OMEE Digital Kenya Limited does not verify outputs for accuracy, bias, legality, or intellectual property compliance. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights to use AI-generated content. AI-generated content may be similar or identical to content generated for other users.

 3. User Responsibilities
Users must comply with all applicable laws and company policies and may not use AI Services to: Create unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content. Send spam or unsolicited communications. Upload malware or malicious code. Violate third-party rights or regulations. Generate content for unauthorized purposes outside the intended use of OMEE Digital Kenya Limited services. Distribute AI-generated content that violates company policies or could harm others. 

4. Privacy and Data Use
OMEE Digital Kenya Limited may collect and process AI inputs and outputs to provide, maintain, and improve AI services. User data will not be used to train AI models without prior written consent. This restriction applies to both OMEE Digital Kenya Limited systems and external AI providers. Users should avoid submitting sensitive personal information unless proper consent has been obtained.

5. AI Service Licensing
Certain hosting and managed website services may include access to AI-powered tools. AI-powered plugins and tools are licensed for use only within eligible OMEE Digital Kenya Limited services and environments. Additional licensing fees may apply when used beyond the allowed scope. 

6. Disclaimers
OMEE Digital Kenya Limited provides AI Services on an “as is” basis and does not guarantee: Accuracy or reliability of outputs. Continuous availability or error-free operation. Security against third-party interference. Freedom from copyright, trademark, privacy, or other third-party rights issues. Users assume all risks associated with relying on AI-generated content.

7. Limitation of Liability
OMEE Digital Kenya Limited is not liable for losses, damages, lost profits, lost data, or business interruptions arising from the use of AI Services. Liability is limited to the amount paid for AI-enabled services during the previous 12 months, to the extent permitted by law. 

8. Violations
OMEE Digital Kenya Limited may suspend or terminate accounts that violate the AI Policy without notice or refund. Violations may also result in civil or criminal liability. 

9. Policy Updates
OMEE Digital Kenya Limited may modify the AI Policy with advance notice through: The company website, AI service notifications, or Email communications. Continued use of AI services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
