No tricks, no hoops
Cancelling
We’d love you to stay, but leaving should be easy. No contract. No fee to leave. No retention maze.
Cancel any time: online, by phone, on WhatsApp or by email. It takes 2 minutes.
1. How to cancel
Pick whichever way is easiest for you:
- Online: log in to your client area, go to Services, choose your plan, then click “Request Cancellation”.
- Phone: call +254 726 076 492.
- WhatsApp: message us your name and domain, and say “please cancel”.
- Email: write to [email protected].
We’ll confirm by email, usually the same day.
2. When it takes effect
- End of your paid period (most people choose this): your site keeps running until your paid time runs out, and then it stops. You won’t be billed again.
- Right away: if you’d rather, we can stop it immediately.
3. What happens to your website
Before your service ends, download a full backup from cPanel, or ask us and we’ll make one for you, free.
After your service ends, we keep your files for 14 days in case you change your mind. After that, they’re deleted for good.
4. Your domain names
Your domains are yours. When you cancel hosting, you can:
- keep renewing the domain with us on its own,
- move it to another provider (we’ll give you the transfer code), or
- let it expire.
Domains aren’t cancelled automatically when you cancel hosting. Just tell us what you want.
5. Refunds
We don’t offer a money-back guarantee, and we don’t refund time you’ve already paid for when you choose to leave, except where the law says we must.
We do refund unused paid time if we end your service without cause, or if we retire your plan and you choose to leave (see our Price Lock Promise).
6. Stopping automatic renewal
Want to keep your service but stop it from renewing? Turn off auto-renew in your client area, or just ask us. On yearly plans, we email you before every renewal so it’s never a surprise.
7. Contact
Call +254 726 076 492, WhatsApp us, open a ticket, or email [email protected]. A real person will answer.
